1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website and services of So Efforts Solution Pvt. Ltd., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.2. Services
So Efforts Solution provides IT consulting, software development, web development, mobile app development, data analytics, cloud services, cybersecurity, and e-commerce development services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of So Efforts Solution Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon project completion and full payment, intellectual property rights for custom-developed solutions are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. A deposit may be required before work commences. All invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the project contract.5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business plans, technical specifications, customer data, and any other sensitive information disclosed during the project.6. Limitation of Liability
So Efforts Solution Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any work product completed will be delivered to the client upon receipt of full payment.8. Warranty
We provide a warranty period for bug fixes as specified in each project agreement (typically 30-90 days after delivery). This warranty covers defects in functionality as defined in the approved specifications. Changes in scope or new feature requests are not covered under warranty.9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.10. Contact Us
