4.1 Advance Payments
All advance payments made at the start of a project are strictly non-refundable. Once the project is initiated, resources are allocated immediately, including planning, team assignment, and technical setup.
4.2 Milestone Payments
Payments made against completed milestones are non-refundable, as they correspond to work that has already been delivered, executed, or approved as part of the agreed project scope.
4.3 Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to discontinue the project at any stage, the following terms will apply:
- All completed work up to that stage will be delivered
- No refunds will be issued for completed milestones
- Any pending or future work will not be charged
4.4 Non-Refundable Services
All payments made to So Efforts Solution Pvt Ltd are non-refundable and non-transferable for services that have already been initiated, partially completed, or fully delivered.
This includes:
- Advance payments
- Milestone payments
- Completed or partially completed work
4.5 Exceptional Cases
In rare cases where a project cannot proceed solely due to reasons directly attributable to So Efforts Solution Pvt Ltd, the matter may be reviewed internally. Any resolution, if applicable, will be determined at the sole discretion of the company.

This policy exists because project resources are allocated immediately upon engagement. Time, effort, operational costs, and team capacity are committed from the beginning of the project, regardless of whether the project is later paused, discontinued, or rescheduled by the client.

5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership of final deliverables transfers only after full payment

- Indirect or consequential damages
